Thank you for Oli for helping us with the most heartbreaking time. Merlin was a very young cat who was overwhelmed with cancer in 5 weeks. Despite our best efforts, no treatment worked and we knew he was starting to suffer. Oli came to our home within 5 hours and explained everything that was likely to happen. He was kind and professional and explained everything that was likely to happen. He gave us space to grieve once Merlin had died and, at our request, took Merlin to be cremated. It was a horrible day but made better by Merlin passing away at home on his favourite cushion. Thank you, Oli. I hope you have lots of loving family backup as you have a hard job.
