I had to make the hard decision this month of having to put my 12 year old dog down and she was never a fan of the vets so when I came across silver gate and Oli, I knew I had to book with him. My partner took care of all the arrangements and can’t fault Oli on his professionalism but also his warmth and caring side he showed. When Oli came to our house, he made us feel comfortable and really got to know Tilly before he did anything which I appreciated more than he’ll ever know. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do and Oli went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and assured me it was the right decision. We cannot thank Oli enough for allowing Tilly to go peacefully and without fear, it meant that we all got to say goodbye properly. I cannot recommend this enough if you have to make that decision for your pet and I will forever be grateful to Oli, you can see he really cares for what he’s doing and for the animals.
