I had to call Oli out to my mums dog to be put to sleep…. Sam the German Shepherd had been a loyal faithful protective boy to her and she loved him so dearly. My mum is elderly and found this a really hard decision but it had to be made…. Oli explained the illness of Sam and reassured that the decision to put him asleep was the right thing to do…. So calm and peaceful Oli made the difficult situation be. Sam is now at peace now and it now sits well with my mum though she will miss Sam terribly… thank you to Chris who come to collect Sam and also took Sam’s toy monkey. Yet again Reassuring everything is going to be ok to my mum…… just wanted to say a big thank you as my mum is so Fragile being elderly… you was so kind, took your time in talking to her and compassionate. A true caring gentleman
