We cannot thank Ollie enough for his kindness and sensitivity at such a very sad time. We had spent a night with our beloved cat Ben, knowing he was at the end of his life and just stroking him and letting him know we were there. When we called Ollie first thing in the morning he came almost immediately. He was so gentle with Ben and so understanding of our feelings, he involved us and gave us
time to say goodbye before helping Ben go to sleep peacefully in his favourite place. Thank you Ollie.
