The pain of losing our 15 year old dog Tilly today was incomprehensible but having Oli there to ensure the process meant she was comfortable in her own bed with her family around her, helped so much.
He is a truly kind and compassionate man and having him there took the trauma of euthanasia away on such a sad day.
