My partner and I wish to express our sincere gratitude for your exceptional help and guidance during the recent loss of our beloved dog, Frank.
The service you provided was truly outstanding – professional, dignified, and incredibly compassionate. Dr. Michaela, the veterinarian, was fantastic. She ensured Frank felt safe and secure in his final moments, providing us with the utmost confidence that he was treated with care and consideration throughout.
Within 15 minutes of Frank’s passing, Chris from “Barnshaw Pet Crematorium” arrived to gently collect him. Chris was incredibly professional and respectful, allowing us the necessary time to grieve and say our final goodbyes. He assured us that Frank would be cremated individually with the utmost respect and provided regular updates on the process.
The following morning, we received a personal phone call informing us that Frank’s remains were ready for collection. We chose to collect him personally and were deeply touched by the professional and serene environment at the Tenterden, Kent location. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was conducted with dignity, thoughtfulness, and loving care.
